I've read multiple articles and even talked to a Genius who said that the Apple Retail Stores will soon be replacing screens on iPhone 5. Has anyone be able to get just their screen replaced? If so, how much did it cost? I know you can swap the whole phone for $220.

I believe they hinted at the screen replacements being $200. I also read that this service is going to replace the ability to swap your device for $220. I read about this roughly a month ago, so don't take my word for it!
