I hope I do not offend anyone, but seeing as it is from Estonia and has 0 feedback, I would avoid.

Just a hunch, but I would never go for it. In fact, I would be inclined to inspect a gadget before purchase. Anyhow, I digress. Just leave it lol

I've placed the item in the watch list. I'll see how it plays on the next 2 days.
But the fact the seller registered on eBay in December, had no feedback and a poorly written item description makes me wonder...

I would not. Go for a reputable seller for anything on Ebay.

Take a pass on it. I've read/heard that it can be a big hassle getting certain electronics through customs.

I wouldn't really have problems with customs as I am in the EU also (Portugal).
Today I checked again. Strange bid history. People with zero or low feedback bidding.
