Let there be light!

Pablo Lim360 Black. Like below, but mine has a black base, the walnut base was a bit off.

Sweet lamp from a local furniture maker. Same as this one, except a gold cable.

After months of not being able to find one (well, one reseller had the 11" model) I finally bought a Moshi ClearGuard.

I think it's a really nice accessoire, especially because my keyboards can get pretty dirty. It's also handy to be able to switch them between my wireless keyboard (whenever I use my external display) and my MacBook's keyboard.

Been wanting to upgrade my sister's MBA for a while since 64gb has gotten really cramped for her. Picked up DollaTwentyfive's MBA to trade with her and got a nice case for myself when I get her old MBA.

How do you like it? How is your screen? I've been hearing that there are some screens with color spots on them.

Had a bunch of credit at the Casino since my mom gambles a lot and uses my card.

Soo...I raided the gift shop.

8 WoodWick candles! For Free!

Also picked up the Elevation Dock adapter for the ip5.
Wifey had been using it with her 4s but she didn't really like it and I miss having the dock so now I get it back... muhhhahahahaha!!

I got a Paperwhite for Christmas to replace my Touch; loving it so far!

I haven't noticed anything on mine. Though the 'cones of light' appear to be much more obvious right when you turn it on but then they appear to dissipate the longer you use it.

I read with it for about a hour and a half last night in the dark and the screen was great!

I've heard about that, too. I think they have fixed that problem with the ones that are being assembled now. It arrives in the Post on January 2nd so I've yet to play with it. :)

I'm hoping it love it more than my touch. As much as I love my touch, it's rather hard to read it in my apartment where there is little natural/ceiling light. For some reason they didn't include enough lights when they built my complex.

I also bought the Black leather cover with magnetic "sleep/wake" functionality. Similar to the iPad smart cover.

Whole order was US$159. Not too shaby!

Not my last last purchase, but this finally came a couple of days ago:

16gb in white (not my pic). Ordered it a month ago, and it finally came. Quantity was so limited here, and I am the first one in my city (40,000 people) to have it :D

Sigh.......I didn't want to buy this, but I had an extremely frustrating time trying to install Windows in Parallels on my new (first) Mac. I was using an older HP DVD drive, and while the Mac could see it, and I had installed software from if, when I tried to use it in Parallels to install Windows from, it wasn't recognised. After all the normal uninstalling and reinstalling, cursing and swearing, I eventually uninstalled Parallels and installed Fusion, only to find it had the same problem. That led me to believe it was probably an issue with the drive, so off I went to the local apple reseller and bought this:

After that it all worked, and I wished I had done it before spending countless hours wondering why I didn't just stick with Windows.

The annoying thing is I will probably scarcely use it now that Windows is installed, which is why I was attempting to use what I already had.

For relaxing times... make it Suntory time :p

The PS3 games are for my cousins who sadly lost theirs when some *******s who broke in to steal the car keys grabbed whatever else they could as well.

Had to replace my cheapo wallet with this one from Amazon. Looks like a nice Timberland wallet.
