Well, I decided I wouldn't buy an Air as I said I'd always get a Pro over an Air. Now... is the below spec worth the money?

According to MacRumors, the MacBook Pro is nearing the age for an update soon, and the MBP that you listed seems a little shabby as far as specs. Only 256 MB of VRAM can only take you so far, and you don't get Thunderbolt (I know, not a deal breaker, but it is a versatile port). If you can, I honestly say if you can, wait. If Apple releases a new MBP in the near future, you'd probably see prices go down a bit on 2011 MBPs, and, of course, get better specs.
But that's just my 2 cents, and I'm not sure what you're doing with it...
