iPad iPad 4th Gen Rubberized Back Cover

Anyone know of a opaque black rubberized back cover made specifically for the iPad 4th gen? It also needs to be compatible with the smart cover.

Something like this but made for the 4th gen. I haven't had any luck finding anything.

The incase magnetic snap isn't rubberized per say but the texture is amazing. Kind of a matte texture.
