RAM upgrade MBA 2011

Hi, my based model 2011 w 4G ram is getting slower due to all the software updates. I use lightroom 4 & PTS heavily. Thinking of upgrading to 8GB ram but is it possible?

No, the Max is 4 GB and it is not upgradeable.

Tip: sell your 2011 and buy a 2012, the 2011 still sells for quite much. The 2012 Air can be configured with 8 GB, and it also has faster processor and GPU, so that would also help with the speed.
