like most of u i love my ibook but i am concerned with a faint periodic buzz coming from the hard drive. when i check the activity moniter each successive buzz causes the data written to rapidly increase from 0 to something high and back again (this occurs constantly when my ibook is on). although it is practically unnoticable with normal background noise, is it something to be concerned about or am i just another noob who worries 2 much, id appreciate your advice thanks :)

Well mine's pretty silent. I don't usually notice much noise coming from it save for the few times I use the Combo drive. But I still wouldn't really worry about a faint buzz. Write back if it gets worse or if it starts clicking. :)
