MOV to M4V?

Hello...is there a simple way to get my MOV video converted to M4V? i been searching the web for anything, but the only software i found was Handbreak, and it doesnt convert to M4V...

Any suggestions before i loose my mind?

P.S is there a way to do this with After Effects CS6?

Try "Wondershare Video Convertor Ultimate" ... works very good for different formats...
