On my USB disk that I was using as a OS X Installation disk, i tried removing the partition in disk utility and it is stuck on "Preparing to remove partition". I waited the whole day and it hasn't moved. I dont want to ruin my usb. Do i just take it out or close disk utility or will that make it stop working (not show up when I plug it in) Any help is much appreciated!
