I have an iPhone 4 16gb + iPhone 4 32gb Both on Verizon with Clean ESN's. Both phones are in good condition with minor scratches and blemishes and nothing is wrong with them. How much would you sell this for ?

Thanks :confused::confused::confused:

I sold a 16GB 4 for $220 on Craigslist the day after Christmas. Screen was flawless, back had some scratches, lock button was barely useable.

This is a good place to get a starting point for prices.

I wouldn't take any lower than what they offer if you are doing a private sale.

What I did was took good pics with my DSLR, listed about $30 below comparable phones in my area on CL. I got about 20 texts from people within two hours, talked the price up $40 from $180 to $220 because I told others that I was getting offers out the a$$ for it.

Impressive sir! I suck at haggling.

the 16GB should go for between $175-$220, and the 32GB from $200-$250.

and dont use gazelle or judge from their prices, they will lowball the heck out of you.

I sold a 16GB black VZW iPhone 4 in decent condition for $175 firm cash only on my local Craigslist in one day just before Christmas. It must have been priced low because I have continued to get emails on it for 6 weeks! I could have sold it 100 times over. I sold my ATT 32GB white 4S the same week for $350 but I had to come down from $375 and it took a few days to sell. Continued to get emails on it as well, just not as many, I'm sure because of the higher price. But it was in pristine condition and just a year old. Price it reasonably and then hold your ground. A legit person will come along and buy it for a fair price eventually.

Why put them as a single listing on eBay rather than two separate listings? I would think the number of people in the market for two iPhones would be a lot lower than the number of people who want one.

I didn't even think of that but if this doesn't sell ill do that. I also reduced the price lol

Apart from the pictures and description, that is pretty much the exact wrong way to sell something on ebay.

Don't do this:
1. listing 2 phones under one auction.
2. have a high starting bid AND a reserve. One or the other.

$275- 32gb
$200- 16gb

I lucked out and sold my 16gb iPhone 4 (flawless and factory unlocked) for $325 a week before Christmas. Put my ad on kijiji and it was sold the next morning for my asking price.

What I had done was look at what's available locally for the exact same phone/condition and priced mine at the mid point.

At this point let the auctions run. You might actually get your asking price.
If not, you can always realist as separate iPhones.
On a side note: if they were AT&T iPhones they would have sold already.
eBay buyers love AT&T over Verizon in my experience.

all i really want is about 400-450 and i would be happy. Ebay will then take $40-45 dollars so thats why buy it now is a little high.

Yeah AT&T does sell faster i think because it can be unlcoked and used on various GSM's. Anyway if anyone interested ill give to you for $450 because your on macrumors !:):)

Why would you not take your ad down once you sold the phone? That's one of my pet peeves as far as dealing with people on Craigslist. You sell something, take the ad down. Do you not know how to do it?
