I pull down the Notification bar and the weather widget shows it is a thunderstorm outside yet when I click on the iPhone 5 iOS Weather App it shows the sky is clear... Any thoughts on this?

it's well known that the weather app isnt very accurate as it pulls data from yahoo weather.
nothing more to discuss, move along.
Considering AT&T doesn't provide weather data, yeah, your response was just as bad.
Yeah, I just wish there was a way to use The Weather Channel Max app to show the weather, the standard app is off most of the time.

Anyway to OP, I have had that happen to me a few times. A hard reset usually fixes it.

I was just making a joke about the icon for the weather app. Lol. I'm in Minnesota it's frigid.
