Yes its working but you may have to do a hard restart as myself and others had to do if your iPhone becomes stuck on the Apple logo after installing and rebooting.

You mean what does it do?
It allows you to send and receive google voice text messages through the native iMessage app.

That list must be outdated because Zephyr is working completely fine for me.
