A mixed bit of comment. I have a Mac Pro I purchased at the end of 2010, it's a 2.8 GHz Quad-core Xeon, running Snow Leopard 10.6.8.

I am interested in voice to text software and have learned of the Dragon application, but seem to find mixed feelings about it on the part of users. I also think I learn that Mountain Lion has some sort of voice to text function. Is that true?

What are you doing? Are you using a Mountain Lion function, or are you using this Dragon app? Any suggestions? Should I upgrade to Mountain Lion anyway?

Thank you.

Mountain Lion did come with voice to text, or dictation as it's referred to. I use it every now and again and it's 100% accurate every time.
