I just wanted to share this for others having problems.

Yesterday I was having problems with my envoy / aurora mounting/ unmounting / ejecting during copying. When I called OWC the tech told me that the stock apple SSD takes a higher voltage than the owc drive so you have to put the new SSD in the computer and the stock SSD in the Envoy. Now I've had no problems :)

That's weird you had problems. I received mine day before yesterday and installed my Aura first in the envoy, connected it to the Air, then I used Carbon Copy Cloner to clone my OS X installation to the Aura. After that I swapped out the drives and booted from the Aura without problems. One thing I did notice was a slower boot time with the Aura after cloning, but an SMC reset fixed this.

Yea. Is yours a 2012 by chance?
Maybe it has to do with USB 2.0 and the voltage from the stock board.
