If you're intending to limit access from just your home internet you could always sign up to Open DNS: http://www.opendns.com/home-solutions/parental-controls/
I suggest you try a professional filter for Mac.
I have ever used the Aobo filter for Mac (internet-filter-mac.com). It blocks site by keywords or urls. It maybe what you want. Hope it can help u.

I just installed K9 Web Protection, seems to be what I want.
No idea how it works, but it's blocking everything I ask and has load full of features and control.
Any feedback about K9? It's free too.
