on my iphone 5 i went to settings and i see that music is locked i cant make it go louder or softer but on my SFX i can do that. I have no music when im playing how can i activate it?

My settings for MUSIC is locked i cant make it go higher or lower

I don't understand what "Setting for music" is locked means. How about a picture? Maybe you have restrictions enabled. Maybe your volume is on 0.

no music option

I too have the same issue on my iPhone5
I had music at first but now I do not have an option to play music. I can only adjust the soundFX level and the music level remains `greyed`out.

Has anyone found a fix? Google searches return not answers as of yet.
