i live in toronto
looking to buy this mbp 13 i seen on craigslist

mbp 13 non-retina, mid 2012
core i7 2.9ghz
750gb hdd
8gb ram

the listed price is $1100

does this sound like a good deal?


p.s. this is the newer mid 2012 mbp that came out in june but the ad says that they registered the notebook through apple for warranty on february 18th, 2012...but the laptop came out in june 2012. can anyone help me with this

Need the serial number from the computer tough. And I dont see it in the ad.

And maybe roaming in the Refurb section of Apple Store for Canada you can get a good deal:

Maybe a bit expensive and out of budget. But, seems to me is better to trade with Apple and as you may know, refurbs are as new computers. With a full year of AppleCare. Not maybes, ifs and buts, IMHO.

I'm guessing it might be typo and he meant to type 2013. Easy to verify when you talk to him.

Refurb store has one for $1,269. I would want 10-20% off the refurb store price for a used one.
