My iMac is equipped with a 3.0TB fusion drive:
Using Disk Utility, I splitted the partition in half using the +button, but after it resized, I ended up with a partition size that wasn't my original idea. Disk utility stated I could merge the partition back together by pressing the -button. Here I got an error:
I'm now stuck with 1 partition of 1.2TB, and 1.8TB of free space. It won't create a new partition for me, and I can't resize the existing one. Verify/Repair Disk on the Macintosh HD drive states no issues.
All I want is to have one big 3.0TB partition again. How should I proceed?
To the command line : diskutil list
