Do you have a full-sized iPad? Because they basically look the same as these mini set-ups, except for the much higher resolution.
What tweaks are those? I know iwidgets, but the slanted icons? Using iconoclasm for the funky layout?
Bigify (for rotating and making them slightly bigger) and Gridlock. Haha.
