yea i use a PS3 controller on my imac for playing castlecrashers and it works great over bluetooth

Awesome. Thank you. Can you link me to the controller you use? (Or model / model number.)
I use a wired Logitech F310 controller. It works fine except you have to have it in DirectInput mode to be recognised. It works fine with GRID by default and I used GamepadCompanion to map the controller for Hotline Miami and that works great too.
