iOS 7 Realistic Settings Concept (Added Messages, Music, Maps, Passcode, Home screen)

Not totally sure about the font but the overall concept doesn't suck.

Looks nice! The icons are a little too sparse but overall idea is good.

I really like the icons' distinctive shapes.

The uniformly square outline in iOS 6 and the overlaid 'reflection' are - to my mind - distracting visual noise which the brain has to filter out.

Looks beautiful, i would love iOS 7 to look something like this.

Very, very nice work! Definitely one of the few concepts that don't suck.

You may want to try Avenir Next Medium (if Avenir Next is the typeface you're using) or Avenir Next Demibold. Bold is too bulky in my opinion.

That does not look bad at all. What if OP is affiliated with Apple and just getting our feedback secretly?

Great concept, only gripes are the aforementioned font and the gear icon by the "General" tag looks suspiciously like the Star of David...

1. The bottom corners aren't rounded. I can't decide whether I'd prefer them rounded or not, but looks good either way. Very minor point.
2. The font is just too 'bold'. Perhaps there is a 'thinner' version of the font available, or even a different font altogether.

Apart from that, this looks extremely good and very 'Apple-like'. I'd love to see how a few more apps would look, especially Clock with it's timer. Keep up the good work!

Not a fan. I want a new UI in iOS 7, not just new graphics. This certainly looks better than the current iOS (minus the font used), but the entire layout should change but still retain some familiarity.

This is one of the best looking concepts I've seen, now if they just add some quick toggles and a setting search bar at the top it will be perfect.

hey, this is the new trend - minimal simplicity with no fuss and distractions. clean.


i like it. but they need to put that in the NC as well - or some other form of shortcut.

Looks nice except it's entirely cosmetic. Would like to see deeper changes.

Looks awesome and realistic. Sick of people thinking iOS will look like ugly Metro.

I prefer Helvetica or Myriad, but otherwise nice and flat.

I think the slide switches need and overhaul generally.
Think of how many of those setting you need to go in just to switch on or off.

To me the biggest thing setting needs is a new control that can handle on/off and go to more settings on one.

My first thought was the font is a little too heavy, but after looking at it some more, I think it looks pretty good. The other graphics look great.

I'd be really surprised if the system font changes from Helvetica any time soon. I think Mac OS will eventually be all in Helvetica too.

We've been seeing a trend with lighter weight font recently, but light fonts impact legibility, and ultimately, usability. But I would like to see this design with Helvetica.
