ML adjust picture?

i just connected my mac mini to my 26 in tv and the menu bar and launch bar at the bottom are off screen. is there a way to manually adjust the horizontal and vertical?

You need to adjust the aspect ratio or zoom setting in the TV to pixel-to-pixel or 1:1 mode. If the TV doesn't have this, see if there is an overscan adjustment and set it to zero. If not, there's no way to fix it.
