Scoops of peanut butter? Like table spoons? Seems the peanut butter is just protein overkill and unnecessary unless you need the caloric intake.

Anyway, nothing in mine as I don't need the extra calories.

That's pretty much what I take. Every morning.

1-2 scoops vanilla whey (whichever kind I have on hand), handful of ice cubes, cup of skim milk, whole banana, spoonful of natural peanut butter, a little bit of water, blend and enjoy. :D

usually just frozen fruit. I don't weight lift though, just run. I use Vega One, and usually frozen cherries or blueberries and almond milk.

Drink one for breakfast to start the day off right. No idea if its good for me or not, but seem to feel ok.

Just Ovaltine there is plenty of protein in the nonfat milk. I also have it with a PB&J sandwich and a banana. So I get even more protein in my sandwich.

Gives plenty of energy for running.

2-3 scoops of whey protein isolate (unflavoured), water. It's not something I intend to savour, I just work out and smash my shake.

If he's pounding the whey, he's probably not worried about the "overkill protein". Nuts are mostly fat anyway.
