Deus Ex: HR (you probably forgot :)
There was this great military shooter Close Combat: First to Fight. I got Universal Binary patch but I am not sure if it is playable on modern Intel machines.

That was the precursor (in a way) to the Marathon series, yeah?

Correct; this was Bungie's first major release before the Marathon series which are, in my opinion, still the best games ever released on any computer platform.

That's a pretty compensative list you have there, but here are some I found you have missed. These are a mix of OS X and OS 9 games.

The Operative: No One Lives Forever
Clive Barker's Undying
Call of Duty 1, 3 and 4.
Call of Duty Black Ops
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction
The Chronicles of Riddick: Assualt on Dark Athena
Battlefield 2
Portal 1 and 2
Star Trek: Voyager- Elite Force
Descent 1, 2, 3 and 4
Klingon Honor Guard
Sin Gold

I'm not accepting PPC ports. And no, it does not count.

<-already added, goes under Id software
System Shock 1 and 2
Tom Clancy's Rainbow 6
Shogo: Mobile Armor Division

Call of Duty 1, 3 and 4.
Call of Duty Black Ops
<-already added, goes under COD
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction
The Chronicles of Riddick: Assualt on Dark Athena
Battlefield 2 <- was distributed only physically, very hard to find

Portal 1 and 2 <-already added, goes under Valve
Star Trek: Voyager- Elite Force
Descent 1, 2, 3 and 4
Klingon Honor Guard
Sin Gold
Red Faction <- already added

Redneck Rampage <- I'm only including native ports, emulated ports, source ports, and FPS that can be run on Intel Macs running OSX 10.5+. DOSBox does not count, and anyway, this game sucks

World War 2 Online
World War 2 Online - Battle Ground Europe
<- already added

I'm pretty sure Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction is not an FPS.
