iPhone no notifications

Hi it seems that since installing beta 6 on my iphone 5 it no longer shows up notifications. When I get a message it actually is in the messages app but the iPhone does not show a notification or any alert noise. I have restarted and that does not help. I do not have any issues with the iPad and Mac that I have beta 6 and Mavericks installed on.

Any ideas?

Go to Settings --> Rest --> Rest All Settings this cleared it up for me.

Was hoping I would get round it another way, but it did help and after I restored from iCloud it surprisingly stayed fixed.
