This could well happen if he is found guilty. Here is to hope.

Also, Canada, you can keep him. For all I care, send him to Australia, where anything can kill you.

I about fell out my chair laughing from the comments section. I'm so immature sometimes. :D

Yes, the comment section is one hell of a party. I must say, I am impressed on how well many people of different backgrounds can easily agree on something when mutual hate towards that something is had....:D

I'm no JB fan.... but is this really US justice? There is an alleged brawl - a brawl that was not serious enough to call the police to. JB is not involved in the brawl - may have not been anywhere near it. But because someone is now claiming to have been injured by somebody that may have been employed by the Bieb the full weight of US justice system is being brought to bear. Yep. Why am I not surprised, eh?

And - btw - contrary to the report's claim - the night club is not in NYC, though it is on Long Island.

Alleged brawl.

Indirectly - as in his security - involved.

Nowhere stating direct involvement.

No chance he is banned from the U.S.

---

None of those are even considering the hundreds of millions in revenue he's worth or the fact that the famous get treated differently.

Even a mostly unproven Red Wings prospect was charged under MI's "Super Drunk" law last year - technically he could've been deported back to Canada. Nope, we'd rather keep him to play on the AHL team in case he makes it to the big leagues one day. Google it - funny video of a drunk Tinky Winky getting arrested.

It will never happen.

The rules are different for people like Bieber and Labron James.

That's a lame comparison - getting a police escort is actually pretty easy.

Most major departments will allow this as long as: there are enough extra officers, there is a need, and the escortee is willing to pay.

Police don't do it for free - even presidential police escorts get paid for their time (granted it is by the US treasury).

Somewhere!
Sure makes me proud to be Canadian. This boy needs some jail time considering his antics as of late. Might do him some good to lip off to some people in prison. He'll learn some modesty quick. My question is; can we send him somewhere remote?

bye bye bye

Not even the Dementors at Azkaban want him, now that's saying something!

LOL, that sets the bar pretty high right there.

this, if true would be like winning the Powerball Jackpot without even buying a ticket. almost to good to be true, but hopefully not...:)

maybe he could kick off his next world tour in Atlantis. for an extended engagement.

No, no! Don't send him to jail! You think he is insufferable now, just wait until he thinks he has street cred and little girls think he is a bad boy...oh, the horror.

Seriously doubtful if you look at this with even an ounce of logic.
Now I wonder what ever came of the so-called spitting incident. Was that true?

Another pop star kid who doesn't handle his wealth and fame well. He's a cliche and sadly he looks like a transgender.

I find that in general it’s best not to go to Mumbai based sites for the latest in US justice reporting. ;)

There is no chance - none - of him being barred from the United States over this.

Eonline’s report contains the crucial words “not considered a suspect."
