Will ios7 take up more space than ios6? If you're capacity is nearly full, will that be an issue for upgrading?

You can't download any firmware update with your capacity near full, it needs a bit of room just for the installer. You'll need to clear space, I think it's at least a few gigs you'll need free to update.

Thanks. Is that regardless of whether the update is done through iTunes or directly to the phone?
