Downloading the 916MB file on my gen 2 iPad via a MiFi device now. Estimated download time dropped from 4 to 3 to 2 to 1 hour during the past 10 minutes. Looking forward to the new update features!

It keeps changing back and fourth from 1 hour to 3 hours. Unfortunately I'm using the wifi in my schools library.

Wow not bad Apple! ;)

I updated mine and my wife's phone at the same time via OTA on my home wifi and together I was pulling a measured 42mbits/sec from apple (I'm capable of 100mbits). Impressive. Both phones are finishing updates now as I type this. Total time since clicking the update button is about 10min so far.

How can I upgrade from iOS7 Beta to the public release?

Get the direct download or GM image, then do a shift+check for updates in windows or option+check for updates on the Mac. If you want to restore, choose restore instead of check for updates. Shift or option still applies.

got started finally on my iPad a few minutes ago. At 11 minutes remaining.

Not converting my 4s as it's JB and I'm going to hopefully sell it to get the 5s.
