Restore apple TV without updating?

Hi all.

I have a 2nd gen ATV thats on 5.3 with tethered jailbreak. I want to completely wipe the apple tv but not update the firmware beyond 5.3 so that i can if i wish jailbreak in the future.

Is this possible?
