Buy in any format you want then convert them, so you can buy for anywhere really that sells.

So far most video content must be DRM due to licensing requirements from the content owners. I expect this will change over time (like it did for music) but right now it's unlikely you'd find anything for sale in an MP4 container that isn't DRM.
