I agree that the findings of fact in the cases against Samsung may allow Apple to then take the results of these infringement rulings and sue Google. If that ever happens, hold on to your shorts...
I would never buy a samsung product ever. If we all did this they we're understand that stealing American technology is not the way to go.The legal saga here is off the graph in terms of irrationality

This is absurd. Google did not design the Galaxy S to look just like the iPhone; Samsung did The foreman is missing the point.
I believe going after Google is Apple's ultimate strategy. Each of these verdicts and the findings of fact behind them can be used to petition for summary judgements against Google.
I really hope apple is making the necessary moves to create/enter a market that Samsung simply has no capability of copying and implementing their own products effectively. I think apples push into health will be a whole health ecosystem and they are forging partnerships that Samsung won't have and as a result will never be able to compete.
I have no problem with competition but Samsung is a scum company that does not deserve one bit of its success in any market.

Correction.
Revised Samsung Strategy:
Steal an idea. Delay. Delay. Delay. Delay. Countersue. Delay. Delay. And when all else fails, deflect the blame/culpability on your business partner (i.e. Google).
You don't have a clue how big Samsung is do you? Anything electronic will more than likely have Samsung parts in it. Without Samsung Apple would not be able to ship the numbers it does.
This type of comment make Apple fans hated by anyone else. It makes them seem arrogant and totally ignorant all in one go.
Do these companies ever have to pay money if they just keep dragging this out forever or what? Talk about a joke of a system.. If you have enough money, copy your competitor and it will be years before you ever get in trouble. By then you would have made enough money to negate any court costs.

Look, most people here are Apple fans, which is why they're on this site. Agree with Apple on litigation or not, one thing is clear. Samsung steals. They've done it to companies before Apple and they'll do it long after.
