Since I never post here and I always see people from California posting; I decided my first post here should be from my latest trip, which was to LA last week.
Here is the pork ramen from Santouka in LA; so very gooddd #.

My "dinner" is a Matador Flamin' Hot snack stick. I love these things. It was really warm today and I have had no appetite at all...

Perhaps not the healthiest of breakfasts, but a breakfast nonetheless. I don't usually fancy Starbucks, but they aren't too bad every once in awhile.

Been on a real cooking drive recently, trying lots of new techniques and recipes and tonight it was time to try my hand had home cooked baby back ribs, cooked entirely in the oven. They were fantastic (if I do say so myself), the meat was falling off the bone and sooo tasty.

I rub them with spice rub last night, then cooked them at 325f for a couple of hours before rubbing with homemade BBQ sauce and grilling for about 20 mins, turning and basting every 5mins.

Anyone else like to cook?
