Hi guys,
Im having this issue for couple of months now iPhone 5 stucked in restore mode, while restoring my iPhone 5 it stops just a bit over the half way in the restore status bar and gives me Error (3).
Yes i have tried with different USB cables and ports, different machines and systems, no luck.
I opened the console (mac) and noticed that it stopped here "Failed to remove directory file://localhost/tmp/PersonalizedBundle_ " and right after - "iTunes: Restore error 3"
I think the issue is in the NAND and wondered if theres a way to erase the NAND completely and then try again, not through iTunes though..

Thanks.

For anyone reading this wondering the same thing -- error [3] is a hardware issue and calls for immediate replacement from Apple i.e. stop fiddling with it and head to the Apple store. Just came from getting my phone replaced and the genius told me this.
