Just got mine...it's 1GB of RAM lol

OP thank you for confirming the RAM it was the information I was waiting for before deciding what phone I was going to get. Even thought the 6+ doesn't look that big, I'll be getting the 6 (it has the cuter accessories anyway).

*Sorry if this seems really dumb but just thought it was still up in the air with regard to whether or not the 6+ had 1GB of RAM or not. My bad.

It's a 128GB 6 Plus!

Just loaded 5 tabs, and let the phone sleep while I uploaded photos on my Mac. Came back, no reloading although I guess it's not a proper test. Just Fyi.

How's the display? Any bad light bleed? Is it warm or more cool?

Thanks for the pictures and measurements.

My hand measures 7.5" long, which is about average, and slightly below average for my height at 5'11" so I think most people will be fine. If you're wondering where you stack up against other people in regard to hand size you can use this...

I also found this...

"The average guy has hands starting at 7" and going to 7 3/4". 8"+ is a big hand and 9"+ is a HUGE hand."

Gotta admit... the first thing thought were "nice hands".

On another note: YAY 6+ here I come!

Your hands look like they could crush the plus. I'm attracted to your hands and it makes me feel weird

This thread is getting weird.

::gets out ruler, measures hand::

LOL enough about my handsssss.

Is the downscaling of the screen noticeable?

How is the sound quality of the speaker when playing music?

Thanks!

Screen/res is fantastic, unoptimised apps look 'big' and disgusting.

Music seems crisp through the speaker, not an audiophile.

Is the LCD warm or cold colour temperature?

There is a consumer preference for low temp cooler/whiter displays which are not colour accurate. Calibrating my screens for the first time a long time ago changed the way I view things completely (using a Colormunki i1Display). Don't fuss too much about whether it's cool/white enough, unless the colour hues are really off I wouldn't bother changing it.

I don't understand why Apple don't let customers decide how much ram they want, exactly like disk space.

You can select 64GB, 128GB but you can't select how much RAM?

In the future I am sure they will offer you to select more RAM in your iphone exactly like when you buy a MAC.

Because most iPhone users don't even know what RAM is, it would also be another variation to the product line.

Forgot to add,

I'm glad you mentioned that you were adjusting to holding the phone in your fingers more than your palm to get more reach. This is definitely true and it just takes a little getting used to.

Really sorry about Geek Bench guys, my account is at $0.73 and I top it up via gift cards (using the US store from outside the US). Would really love to buy it just to bench it but I'm prettyyyyy sure the reviews online have posted it somewhere.

Abnormal light leakage?

Damn. Only about 7 inch hand when measuring lengthwise, weird because the football way of measuring I have an 8 inch hand.

Tiny hands :(

Does anyone miss the square icon on the home button? Without it just feels like something is missing. I know its been like that with the 5s and it can't be there due to the fingerprint scanner.

This is handy. As a 5'3" woman I was a little concerned for a minute that the phone would be too big... And then I remembered I have giant hands.

7.25" - bigger than 65% of other women according to that site. I should be fine.

Hope this will stop all the 2GB rumors once in for all. Ther was no way Apple was going to double the RAM in the Plus.

You people who can't live with 1GB, please do not accept your phone when it arrives today so Apple can turn it around and sell to someone who appreciates it!

Or resell it to someone in Asia for a hefty profit. Hopefully Apple will see it fit to include 2GB of RAM or more into the 6s Plus next year.
