Wow. that's a hell of a shot. They really better hope this whole "sea-level rising" thing is a joke - that place looks barely out of the water!

Here's a very hazy shot of Big Ben, seen from the London Eye...

Very nice stuff iGary. Next time you're shooting NYC from up high, I want to come.

I got some nice shots of the rockies while I was in Denver. Well, I think they were nice. We'll see when I get home and upload them.

Key West, FL.

Awesome. So I'm guessing you couldn't really get too bored of that job.

Here's the best I've got. 3,500 metres up the French Alps this past Saturday 21/1/06. This was taken on my cellphone.

On top of the world...

Edit: I sort of realised this isn't a specific landmark, but what the hell... ;)

All photos by me;

Cuba

I've seen this on postcards, so I know it's a landmark. It's the Spanish fort on the opening to the bay in Havana.

Don't know what this is, but looks landmarkish

The French sure know how to build stuff...

That shot of Green Gable's house is cool.

Here's Quazi's house...

Le Chateau Frontenac was actually built by the english, but I will agree that the french know how to build pretty buildings, because the rest of Quebec City is gorgeous.

I agree with iGary, that flower clock is awesome.

Jefferson Memorial

The most underrated of the sights in DC, in my opinion. Taken last year during the cherry blossom festival.

Ok, maybe I'm fudging with the "landmark" but in my neck of the woods this is darn near a place of worship:D . For those who don't recognize this is Sanford Stadium, University of Georgia in Athens Georgia. I've been to some college games (4 yrs of watching USC, that's University of Southern California not South Carolina) but never have I been to one that had so much atmosphere. The "tailgate" parties were unbelieveable! Also, I could not believe all the gorgeous coeds. I thought SC had the bragging rights but I was wrong. I can't remember ever going to a football game and seeing girls in dresses, heels, and makeup. Dressed to kill they were. Football is a bit different here in the South;) . I was there with my family. Oldest daughter was a senior @ UGA. BTW, this game was "Home Coming" in 04 Vandy and the Dawgs. Dawgs won.
