Watch with Stainless Steel Link Bracelet Orders

Just wondering, has anyone gotten a watch with the link bracelet yet, even preorders? Perhaps they were backed up but once the first pallet becomes full, they'll catch up quickly...
It seems pretty quiet out there in watch world. Maybe tonight when some planes land we will see more movement.

Hopefully one of these damn flights have some stainless steel links onboard!!
I could be mistaken, but I believe the charges coincide with departures from China, or when they land in Anchorage - not when they land in Worldport, as far as I've seen. But I'm no expert, and I suspect that once the first batch of these beautiful links is allocated to their new owners, we'll all know pretty quickly thereafter...
Monowear.com selling SS third party bands for $99. Pics look fantastic. Ships may 11. anyone know anything about these or seen them?

The same thing has been happening to me. At least you're not the only one.
I naively thought all watches were 4-6 weeks out and didn't realize each band had a different delivery date.
You haven't handled either band so you have no idea the quality. I already have my SS 42 BSB because I canceled my :02 link order so I'd get my watch this decade. I will either order the apple link separately or get a third party SS band.
I have a tag heuer SS link watch that is gorgeous. I can certainly afford whatever band I want, but I've tried on the apple link and it feels "cheapy" (not a word my friend) versus my tag.
So before you throw stones you may actually want to touch these bands and compare them in the real world. If you are waiting on this link apple band and you have never touched and felt the band in store you will be underwhelmed notwithstanding the 9 hours Jony puts into each one.
Maybe it's just the photo that doesn't do it justice. How did the quality of the monowear band feel to YOU compared to the link band during your try on appointment?
I remember with the iPhone 6 preorders that prior to them switching over to "preparing for shipment", everyone started to have their phones show up in their support profile (even before credit charge). Has anyone had that happen yet?
