Why did you buy an automatic FR-S?
Because I drive 100 miles a day, 80 miles of which is in stop and go freeway traffic, AND I have a bad left knee. I much prefer driving a stick but it's just not possible for me in a daily driver.

I think it looks fine but I also think you could have gone either way (38 mm or 42 mm). In any case it's your money so what ever you prefer
