PowerBook G3 DVD Question

Depending on the model, you may be able to play DVD's on the drive you have - (burning is a whole different story). You can get the full specs foy your machine from Apple:

try to find a refurbished one, or a used one. Go to dealmac to
find the lowest prices. That site is invaluable.

Other sites which may have good prices:

Apple's Hot deals site
http://www.powermax.com
http://www.smalldog.com
http://www.macmall.com (sometimes they have good deals)

that's all I can think of right now, but be sure to go to dealmac to
make sure you aren't getting ripped off anywhere else.

for $888 and that seemed like a good deal to me.

and I think it is the best deal on dealmac.com too.
