iPod what's engraved in your iPod ?

I have an iPod Photo and an iPod Shuffle (2G) and neither are ingraved. I can't really help with ideas, but I perfer a cleaner look on my iPods.

i don't have anything either. But if i would put something it would be....

I had to look to see what was engraved on my Nano cause I rarely use it

Line 1: [My full name here]
Line 2: P huNgy

I would put "Damn Near Perfect" on my older iPod, and "Damn Perfect" on my newer one

I just got my nano and nothings on it and it looks clean clean clean.

My mom's 4gb nano has "Ciao Bella" engraved in it.

"Hello Beautiful" in Italian.

I was going to put a personalization on mine, but I got one as a gift a short time later. It would've been, "Yes I'm White, And No, I can't Dance."

Scratches.

I would only personalize if I was giving it to someone else.

Actually, name and address would be useful if some bastard ever decided to try and take it.

On my 4th Gen iPod i put:

I was watchin American Hot Rod at that time and one of the builders, Roy, said that quote.

I went with practical over witty:

Line 1: Full Name
Line 2: e-mail address

I guess I figured if I lost it at school (small veterinary medicine program), I'd be more likely to get it back if people knew whose it was. Also, I couldn't come up with something witty.

like a few other people, scratches. I can't come up with anything interesting.

I've owned a few iPods. However, none have been engraved.

I just ordered my first iPod and i didn't engrave anything because maybe if sometime down the road i wanna resell it, it makes it....actually worth something

Last year, I purchased a 5th generation iPod for my wife, and I engraved upon it these characters: S2.

I got an iPod shuffle for Christmas and it was engraved, "You are good stuff!"

First gen Nano,

Occasio facit furem
- Last Name

"Opportunity Makes A Thief"

I just have my name on it.

"OLDSKOOL" - on my Video
Nothing on my Shuffle as it was gotten for free and couldnt request anything on it .

I had my nano engraved with my initials, but that really killed the resale value of it.

Most people don't want a 1st gen nano with "SSB" engraved on the back...
