macOS X11 installation

hi guys,
I need to install X11 but I am having some troubles.

I first mistakenly installed some X11.sdk, but then realized that is not what I needed. Then went to Apple support and downloaded the x11 app (which I also have on my OSX dvd). But now when I launch the X11 installer it says it cannot be installed because newer software already exists. But it does not !

If I do a search for "X11" I find nothing. What's going on ?

all is good. Just reinstalled from tiger DVD and no prob.

Does anyone know what the host name of a computer is (how do I know what it is for my mac ?)
