Hello,

I have a 2nd Gen shuffle. These things are very durable. Mine went through the washer and dryer(with headphones) and they both came out working well.

It is a bit beat up like the edges are a bit worn now but apart from that it works like a treat. The main saver, was the headphones as it covered the headphone jack which the water couldn't get in, well much atleast.

But yes these things are very solid. Also are the silicon covered inside???
