macOS Help with Python

Hey guys..

I was compiling BitTornado for OS X, when I ran into a problem.

I used this guide to install BitTornado.


In the guide, the guy has mentioned this:

Now, I couldn't make head or tail of what he wants me to change. I understood that I need to make changes in lines 177, 492 and 505. But, I couldn't understand what all those + and - signs meant. So, can some one please edit this file for me. I am attaching the file with this post.

I tried doing that, but I'm sure I'm doing something wrong somewhere. Can you please help me with it?
