When trying to sync the first and second prison break episodes to my ipod touch, it said it could not because it is the wrong format. Upon further investigation, i discovered that the video format is an .mv4. I downloaded both episodes from itunes. Shouldn't i be able to put them on my ipod touch?

Yeah, I've had problems with mv4 (or whatever) too.
Right-click and select "convert selection for iPod" and you should be good to go.

OH! I just re-read your post. These are from the iTunes store? I don't know why they won't upload and you probably won't be able to convert using this method. Sorry.
