iPod Numerous Questions

using 2 computers as my main, can i transfer music between them with a firewire?

thanks! also, if i cant do this easily almost every time i get a new song, what computer should i use as my "main" computer?

2.0 GHz Aluminum iMac 2 GB RAM 250 GB HD
2.16 GHz Macbook Pro 1 GB RAM 120 GB HD

i know you think the iMac is the obvious, but i do go on trips often, and it would be nice to have my music collection with me.

One last question, I have an iphone. How could i transfer the computer i use it? just plug it in like with an ipod or do i have to do something?

cool, so could i sync off both computers also?


i wish i would have payed the extra bucks for the longer firewire, im stuck with a nubbin of a cable (like 14 inches)
