I already posted this in another forum, but would it be possible to hack the dock to nest open windows the way minimized windows already appear in the right portion of the dock to enable quick switching between windows?

I have heard of none. I generally don't have too many windows for 1 app open, and cmd+` to wrap through them normally does the job. I know this isn't much help, but cursory searching turned up nothing like this.
option+cmd+m will minimize all of an apps windows at once, so then you'd have them in the dock, but I know this isn't the functionality you are looking for.

Good luck on finding a real solution to this, but I am afraid this isn't (easily, at least) achievable.

To switch window quickly there is already Command+Tab or Quicksilver? Why reinvent the wheel?
