Best way to insert a background image in Dreamweaver CS3?

Hi Guys
I'm creating a cool website for somebody and I mad e cool background design that I want to stay the same for every page of the site. Whats the best way of adding this background from photoshop to Dreamweaver?? I'm on a MAC if that helps. Any inquiries would help!

If you can edit the CSS you can do something like the following,

body {
 background-image: url(path/to/image.jpg);
}

There's other properties for the background to position it as well that you can find at the W3 Schools web site.

Save the image as a JPG or other web format in photoshop.

In Dreamweaver go to:
Modify > Page Properties

Then select "browse" under "background image."
