Convert .img to .iso or .dmg

Hi

Is there a program to convert a .img to .iso or .dmg?

I've been looking everywhere and I can't find anything.

Mount it and then use Toast to save as .dmg?

EDIT: Mount it in Windows, save contents to folder… then burn that folder to .img with OSX…

I cant mount it, the format is not recognised by mac os x

Sometimes simply changing the extension to .iso will work.
