Well, i've been using VBA for a while now, works great. But one problem is that it uses up alot of CPU power, and the fans go berserk. I checked it, and turns out its a PowerPC app, im guessing thats why its so CPU heavy.
So i tried Boycott advance, but i cant load my old savestates from VBA.
I really like VBA, so i wanted to know, do anyone know of a Intel based VBA?

Btw, running MacBook 2.4 ghz.

Cheers!

Hey, I was just wondering if the CPU on this version of VBA is actually much less? I had the same problem with a PPC version of VBA using up lots (almost 50%) CPU, but when I found a universal binary, the Intel version used up just as much CPU. How's this one perform?

Same problem...

Its been two years since anybody has posted in this thread and the links gone dead. What exactly was the linked file? Can some one post the new link, or post the file? Im having the same issues with VBA.

Thanks
