i have an imac 2.0 c2d. recently, i've been experiencing random blue screen popping up. it's not the "blue screen of death" during start up but it usually comes a few seconds after waking up from sleep. i doesn't cause my imac to freeze and it only lasts for less than a second. the thing is, i fear it might get worse. my whole screen will suddenly turn light blue(as if it is going to sleep except not the usual black) and then it goes away. i want to know what causes this.
recently i've updated to 10.5.3. also, i "manually" downloaded an update from apple regarding the graphic card issue which was dated November 07. i might have installed that update twice since i've been regularly updating my computer as soon as any updates are available. is it any problem if i were to install the same thing twice?
if it's any help, my card is ati radeon hd2400. oct 2007 cheapest imac model
