How do I view pictures in slideshow?

When I have a folder of pictures, how do I view them so it plays in a slideshow? In WinXP, I can just open the folder and on the left sidebar is a "Play as Slideshow"

"Between the Hedges"
You can select one pic and hit the space bar
This will let you go through them with the arrow keys in "quick view"

fantastic! I thought the spacebar trick was for only 1 picture at a time.. didn't know I could use the arrow keys :)
